I have been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching yoga since 2015.
My long term, evolving relationship with the practice, has fostered great respect for the wisdom it offers, for both the physical, and the energetic being. I believe there is great transformation to be experienced through a dedication to the practice,
a belief endorsed while completing my first 200hr teacher training in 2015 in Hatha Raja Yoga.
I believes practicing yoga is a method that allows us to truly connect to ourselves, which is vital if we are to meaningfully connect to others – and indeed to that which brings us pleasure!
I strive to continually evolve my teaching practice to deliver classes with skill, compassion and wholeheartedness.
I love to teach creative vinyasa classes, and have a great interest in meditation, breathwork and the wisdom of nature. All of which are weaved into my classes and workshops.
Weekly Slow Flow Yoga
A flowing vinyasa based class. Vinyasa refers to the purposeful placement - and in this case, of postures.
We will move through a sequence of postures, linked with our breath. Our breath being the gateway to the present moment.
We will flow slowly and steadily with time in postures to feel their quality within our bodies.
